Create an ESCP-EAP Charter for responsible
labor practices.
To be considered as a shared vision, this charter will
be written collectively by an ad hoc committee and will
give rise to progress reports based on specific indicators.

Examine our present practices in relation
to principles of sustainable development:

recognition of individual potential

responsible and equitable management
of employment and careers

consideration of individual ambitions

protection of health and safety
-
recognition of individual and collective
performance

Program seminars to enhance awareness
in Sustainable Development within the 2006 Continuing
Education Scheme

Undertake procedures to obtain a label
for Fair Labor Practice, representing a standard of achievement
as well as a commitment to continuous progress.

Integrating social responsibility in the society at large
Encouraging individual and collective initiatives in humanitarian
and social fields

Encourage initiatives by the student associations
in social and humanitarian fields

Apply the principles contained in the agreement
between the Committee of the Grandes Ecoles and the French Ministry
for Education and Research to favour the equality of opportunity:
signing of an agreement with 2 Paris high schools.

Study the possibility to facilitate the participation
in humanitarian work by our personnel
